Location3 was retained by Sender One, the nation’s bespoke indoor climbing operator. Prior to Location3’s involvement, Sender One had two operating locations, both of which were in industrial focused areas.
Location3 developed a strategy that showcased the value that a Sender One could bring to a retail project. Many factors were considered including the positive impacts of adjacent co-tenants, broader exposure to potential clients, and more favorable deal terms.
